đ¤ Getting started as the Account Owner (Admin setup)
Welcome! This guide helps you make the most of your 14-day trial on Redokun.
Youâll learn how to configure your workspace, invite your team, and test Redokunâs key featuresâso you can see how it helps your team translate faster and more consistently.
âď¸ 1. Choose the best segmentation method
Before uploading your first document, choose the segmentation method that best fits your goals:
- Paragraph Segmentation: Better AI translations. Ideal for internal teams or casual translators.
- Sentence Segmentation: Better reuse with Translation Memory. Ideal if you work with vendors.

- Go to Languages.
- Check Enable country-specific languages.
- Click Save.
đ 3. Create a Glossary to standardize translations and guide the AI
Adding a Glossary helps Redokun deliver consistent, high-quality translationsâboth from your human translators and from AI.
â Why create a glossary during your trial?
- See how the AI use your approved terms, saving precious time .
- Understand the benefit of terminology control before you commit.
- Avoid misinterpretations of key product names or industry-specific terms.
You can:
- Add terms manually (useful if you already know what should be included).
- Share an Excel template with your team and then import the list back into Redokun.
Even a small glossary of 10â20 terms can significantly improve the quality of your translations.
