How to search in the Web Editor

In the Web Editor, you can find specific segments and terms using either by:

• Using the Show filter (1);
• Typing in Search in source (2);
• Typing in Search in translation (3).

🗣 You can combine Show, Search in source, and Search in translation to refine your search and find specific segments more precisely.

Using Show filter

If you want to view a specific type of segment:

1. Click on Show selection at the top right hand corner of the sticky bar.
2. Select one of the following options to view only one segment type:
   • All sentences
   • Sentences with comments
   • Empty translations
   • Draft translations

Search in source

If you need to find a word or a sentence in the text extracted from your document, you can:

1. Click on Search in source.
2. Type the word or sentence you want to find.

Search in translation

If you need to find a word or a sentence used in one of your translations, you can:

1. Click on Search in translation .
2. Type the word or sentence you want to find.
