πŸ“ Document Detail

Clicking on a document in the Document List brings you to the Document Detail view β€” your control center for everything related to that specific project.

Here, you can:

  • View the list of target languages and track translation progress
  • Assign or invite translators to specific languages
  • Upload new versions of the source file to keep translations up to date
  • Download translations, exchange files, or finalized documents
  • Pre-translate content using Translation Memory and AI Translation
  • Open the Web Editor for each language to begin or continue translation

This view helps you manage the full lifecycle of a translation project and coordinate your team’s work efficiently.

Additionally, many of these actions are also available directly from the language row using the three-dot menu. This quick-access menu allows you to:

  • Change the assigned translator
  • Export phrases for offline translation (XLIFF, or Excel)
  • Import translated content from an exchange file
  • Delete a target language
