Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices by visiting the Billing page of your account.
- Log in with the account you used to purchase your Redokun plan.
- Go to
Settings
>Billing
. - On this page, you'll find your company information and all the invoices.
Proration
💡 Proration: Adjusting a customer's bill amount to reflect any plan changes made in the middle of a billing cycle.
At Redokun, we believe in a fair and transparent billing process.
- For upgrades, proration is applied immediately to adjust billing, ensuring customers only pay for the additional services they gain access to right away.
- For downgrades, billing adjustments are processed at the end of the current billing cycle.
Here below you can find several scenarios to better understand how proration works.
Proration Scenarios
1. Upgrading from Starter Monthly to Basic Monthly (Mid-Cycle)
- Assume the customer upgrades halfway through the month.
- Starter Plan (Monthly): €120/month
- Basic Plan (Monthly): €300/month
- Half-month cost for Starter Plan: €120 ÷ 2 = €60
- Half-month cost for Basic Plan: €300 ÷ 2 = €150
- Prorated Charge: €150 (Basic) - €60 (Starter) = €90 extra for the remaining half month.
2. Switching from Yearly Starter Plan to Yearly Premium Plan
- Assume a customer upgrades after 4 months.
- Starter Plan (Yearly): €100/month, billed as €1,200/year
- Premium Plan (Yearly): €500/month, billed as €6,000/year
- Used 4 months of Starter Plan: €100 × 4 = €400
- Unused Starter credit: €1,200 - €400 = €800
- Cost for remaining Premium Plan (8 months): €500 × 8 = €4,000
- Prorated Cost to Upgrade: €4,000 (Premium) - €800 (Starter credit) = €3,200 due.
