We understand that your needs may change, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Pausing your subscription is straightforward and ensures you have flexibility for the future.
🛠️ Steps to Pause Your Subscription
⚠️ Pausing your subscription means disabling auto-renewal. After your subscription ends, your data will be securely stored for a limited retention period. If you don't reactivate within that time, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
- Log in with your Team Leader (Admin) account
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click on Manage auto-renewal.
- Fill out the form and click on Schedule subscription cancellation to confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will not renew automatically.

After you cancel or pause your subscription, your data remains securely stored for a limited time.
