How to Purchase Your Plan

In this user guide, you will learn how to upgrade your Redokun plan in a few simple steps. Upgrading your plan provides access to additional features and capabilities that can help you manage your translations more effectively.

Step 1: Log in as the Admin

Log into Redokun with the account you wish to upgrade. Ensure that you have Admin privileges. If you need more information about user roles in Redokun, please visit Types of Users in Redokun.

Step 2: Access the Billing Settings

Go to the Billing Settings page by clicking on the following link:

Step 3: Choose the Plan You Wish to Upgrade To

Click the "Upgrade" button for the plan you want to purchase. You can review the available plans and payment methods on the Redokun Pricing page.

Step 4: Complete Your Purchase

On the next page, input your business information and follow the instructions to complete the purchase. After completing the purchase, your new plan will start automatically, and you will receive an invoice.

Step 5: Create Your Team and Invite Team Members (If Needed)
