Change an assigned translator

You can change an assigned translator at any time from a document's details page. The new translator will be prompted to accept the translation job, while the old one will be automatically informed via email that the assigned job has been deleted.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the 3 vertical dots icon for the target language of your choice

2. Click on Change Translator

3. Click inside the Search by name or email field to either choose a translator from the existing list of translators or add a new one

4. Click on Add translators

5. Click on the Confirm translators button to confirm.

The new translator will be prompted to accept the translation job, while the old one will be automatically informed via email that the assigned job has been canceled.
