👥 Manage translators & assignments
This guide explains how to set up and manage your translation team in Redokun—from adding languages and inviting translators to assigning and reassigning them to documents.
🌐 Add Target Languages (and Regional Variants)
Before assigning translators, add the target languages your team will use:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
 - Go to the Languages tab.
 - Use the Search language field to find a language.
 - Click the language name to add it to your list.
 - Optionally, enable country-specific languages (e.g., English UK, French Canada).
 - Click Save.

❗ You must add a target language before assigning a translator to it.

🧑💼 Add and Match Translators with Languages
To add a translator and define which languages they can work on:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
 - Go to the Translators tab.
 - Under Invite new translator, type their email address and click Send invitation.
 - Click Edit languages next to their name to assign their working languages. The invitation to join Redokun will be sent when you assign them to their first translation task.
 - Use the search field to select one or more target languages.
 - Click Add languages, then Save.

✅ Only translators matched with a language can be assigned to it.

📝 Add a Reviewer
Redokun doesn’t have a dedicated "reviewer" role, but you can assign anyone (translator or manager) as a reviewer:
- Invite them as a translator or manager.
 - Assign them to the language.
 - Use the Brief, notes and instructions field to clarify their role as a reviewer.

✅ Reviewers can confirm or refine translations directly in the Web Editor.
