All purchases on Redokun are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payment, including renewals.
This guide explains how our refund policy works, why we've designed it this way, and what you can do to stay in control of your subscription.

- All purchases on Redokun are final and non-refundable.
- This applies to both new subscriptions and automatic renewals.
- Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or credited.

We want you to feel confident before committing to a paid plan. That's why every Redokun account starts with a 14-day free trial โ with no credit card required.
During the trial, you can:
- Upload documents and test the full translation workflow.
- Invite team members and collaborate in real time.
- Explore features like Translation Memory, AI Translation, the Glossary, and the Web Editor.
This gives your team enough time to evaluate whether Redokun is the right fit โ before making any purchase.

๐ How Auto-Renewal Works
Redokun subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle โ monthly or annually โ depending on your plan.
We've designed auto-renewal as the default because most Redokun users are teams that rely on the platform as a strategic, ongoing tool for their translation needs. Automatic renewal ensures:
- No interruption to your workflow or access.
- Your data stays safe โ documents, Translation Memories, and Glossaries remain available.
- Your team stays connected โ translators and managers keep their access.
๐ง We Notify You Before Every Renewal
Before each automatic renewal, we send two reminder emails to the account owner:
- A first reminder well in advance of the renewal date.
- A second reminder closer to the renewal date.
These emails give you time to review your subscription and deactivate auto-renewal if you no longer need the service.
If your subscription renews after these reminders have been sent, we are not able to issue a refund โ because the service was already active and your data was securely stored and available during that period.
โ How to Stay in Control of Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Deactivate auto-renewal โ Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Auto-Renewal. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but it will not renew. Learn more โ
