Create, rename, move, or delete a folder

Create a folder

  1. Go to the Document List
  2. Click on New folder
  3. Name your folder and click on Create a folder .

Create a subfolder

  1. Go into the folder in which you want to create the new subfolder
  2. Click on New folder
  3. Name your subfolder and double check the correct folder is selected for where you are creating your subfolder. If it's not correct, you can navigate within your folder tree by clicking on the upward and downward icons next to the folders and select the correct folder.
  4. Click on Create a folder .

Rename a folder

  1. Find the folder you want to rename and click on the Three-dot menu icon
  2. Click on Open Settings
  3. Rename the folder and click on Save changes .

Move a folder

  1. Check mark the box next to the folder you want to move
  2. Click on Move to folder
  3. Select where in your folder tree you would like to move the folder to. You can click on the upward and downward icons next to the folders to navigate further within your folder tree.
  4. Click on Move here to confirm.

Delete a folder

  1. Find the folder you want to delete and click on the Three-dot menu icon
  2. Click on Delete folder
  3. Click on Delete folder to confirm.

⚠️ Important! When you delete a folder, all documents and sub-folders within it will be deleted too. Please note that all translation memories linked to the deleted documents will be erased as well. Deleted data is non-recoverable.
