✨ AI Fine-Tuning in the Web Editor (Beta)

AI Fine-Tuning helps you quickly improve translations without leaving the Web Editor. You can fix mistakes, explore alternative phrasings, or make text shorter to better fit layouts — all directly within your workflow. This feature is currently in beta, and we’d love your feedback.

• Improve quality quickly – Correct grammar and spelling in seconds.
• Find the right tone – Explore different alternatives to match your style.
• Fix layout issues – Shorten text to avoid design problems in languages like German.

✨ How to use AI Fine-Tuning

1. Open your document in the Web Editor.

2. Click the ✨ Fine-tune button next to any segment.

   
   

   

   Choose one of the refinement options:

   • Fix spelling and grammar – Corrects grammatical issues and typos while ensuring proper sentence structure.
   • Suggest different alternatives – Offers alternative phrasings so you can choose the best fit.
   • Make it shorter – Condenses the translation while preserving key information.

3. Review the AI’s suggestion. Use it as is, or retry for a different suggestion until you find the best fit. The result will be copied into the translation box, where you can edit it further if necessary.

   
   

   

   
   
4. Click Confirm translation when you’re satisfied to save the translation in your Translation Memories, allowing you to reuse it automatically in future projects and maintain consistency across your translations.

⚠️ Notes

• AI Fine-Tuning uses your AI translation credits.
• Available on the latest Basic and Premium plans. Legacy plan users have temporary beta access but will need to upgrade to continue using AI features after the beta.
