🔐 Recover your Redokun password

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, this guide will help you reset it securely.

🔁 1. Request a password reset

  1. Go to the Redokun Login page at app.redokun.com.
  2. Click Forgot the password? below the login form.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Redokun account and the verification code.
  4. Click Proceed.

✅ Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes. The subject line is usually "Password Reset" and the sender is support@redokun.com.

🔒 2. Set a new password

  1. Open the email and click the reset link.
  2. Enter your new password in both fields.
  3. Click Reset password to confirm.

After resetting your password, you may be asked to log in again at app.redokun.com/login. Use your updated password to access your account.

❗ Note: The reset link expires after a short period. If it no longer works, repeat the steps above to generate a new one.
