⚠️ Limitations for Glossary Upload and Entry Creation

When uploading a Glossary or creating a single entry, please be aware of the following limitations:

  • Both the source and target text should be between 1 to 80 characters long.
  • The notes field should be no longer than 250 characters.
  • The entry should not have been imported already (duplicates are skipped).

These limitations help ensure a smooth Glossary import process and maintain the quality of your Glossary data.

Are you experiencing an issue when importing the template?

Keep in mind the following rules:

  • The file is expected to have a header so the first row is skipped during the import.
  • The file should have three columns. The first column contains the terms in the source language, while the second column contains the term in the target language. You can use the third column to add notes and instructions for the translators.
