How do I cancel my plan?
Your Redokun subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it.
- You can cancel your subscription by going to the Billing page. Click on your name on the upper right hand corner > Settings > Billing
- Click on
Manage auto-renewal
, fill out the form, and then click onSchedule subscription cancellation
to confirm your cancellation.
⚠️ After cancelling your plan, you’ll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails? Like if my credit card expires?
Your account email will receive a notification about each failed payment. Payments may be retried a few times within the next month. If the payment is still not successful after this, your account will be suspended.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment method at any time in your Billing settings.
- Click on your name on the upper right hand corner > Settings > Billing
- Then, under
Payment method
click onUpdate
.
How do refunds work?
Our refund policy is simple. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid Redokun subscription, please contact us at support@redokun.com.
We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 30 days of signing up.
