βοΈ Update your profile, email, password, and avatar
You can manage your profile details, avatar, and subscription information from the Account Settings page.
π€ Edit Your Profile Information
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In the Account Information section, you can update:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Organization
- Registration Email (Work Email)
- Click Save to apply any changes.
β Note: You can update your Work Email, but Redokun will send a confirmation email to verify the change before it's applied.
βοΈ Change Your Registration Email
You can update the email address you use to log into Redokun.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In the Account Information section, update the Work Email field.
- Click Save.
π© Redokun will send a confirmation link to your new email address. The change is only applied after you confirm it.
β If you don't confirm the new email, your current login email will remain active.
π Change Your Password
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In the left sidebar, go to Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save.
π View Your Subscription
In the Account Settings panel on the right:
- See how many Translators and Managers are active.
- View your current planβs word usage and expiration date.
- Click See your current plan to explore available features.
πΌοΈ Change Your Avatar
You can personalize your Redokun profile by uploading a custom avatar or using Gravatar
πΈ Upload a Custom Avatar
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In Account Settings, scroll to the Avatar section.
- Click Choose file.
- Select an image from your device.
- Click Save.
β Use a square image for the best appearance.
π Use Gravatar (Optional)
- Go to Gravatar.com and create an account.
- Add the email address you use for Redokun.
- Upload an image and assign it to your email address.
β It may take a few minutes for your Gravatar image to appear in Redokun.
